We provide you on the day, a spit roated lamb of about 14kg, well seasoned with herbs, sea salt, spices and our grandma secret recipe to wow you. The lamb will be roasted on your premises with its flavoured smell and aroma whiffing in the air. The lamb is from a free range stock and organically raised to maturity onthe farm.

We will supply you on the day with a nice & fresh Boer goat, derived from the South African stock. They are now very, very popular for their meat and taste in the United Kingdom. They are reared in the traditional fashion on grass and hay during the winter. The meat has a great flavour and is very similar to lamb, however, Boer goat meat is much more tender, lean and are a delight when Spit roasted to perfection.

We happy to help you develop the right menu and twig them to your very own tailored requirements. We pay serious & detailed attention to all your specific requirements including taking note of food intolerances and allergies as advised.

We offer free Range & Organic chicken & Turkey Spit roast service. The birds are hand plucked and hung for 7 days to ensure that the meat is tender, succulent and better tasting. They are well marinated and seasone din a bath of herbs & spices to inspire the flavour and aroma of these birds. The birds are hand picked for your event and selected for their weight and suitability to grace your table. All the birds supplied are of the slow grown strain. Our chickens are grown for 81 days and the Turkey for 180 days (six months). Their meat is matured and proper tasting.

We serve clients in geographical areas no further than 1hr or 60 miles from the city of Edinburgh. Due to logistical difficulties, we regret that we are available to serve addresses further afield.

A Non-Refundable administration deposit of £250 is required when order is booked. This is not refundable in case client cancels. The hirer must make cancellations in writing or email.

All cancellations must be in writing or email.
All deposits are held at our discretion and may not be refunded.
If cancellation of 14 days or more prior to the event date no deposit will be returned & client pay nothing more.
If cancellation is 7-13 days before the event 50% of the balance payment is due. Deposit will be forfeited.
If cancellation is 6 days before the event 75% of the balance payment is due. Deposit will be forfeited.
