The use of this website: www.canaanlifefarms.co.uk and the purchase of products from Canaan Life Farms through the website are as a condition of your agreement with our terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions below diligently and in full. It governs our business relationship with you.

Please note that we reserve the right to amend or change our terms and conditions without notice to you as regards any order/orders. Please ensure that before placing an order with us, you have read our current terms and Conditions as stated on our website.

At Canaan Life Farms, we are regularly reviewing the prices on the website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, you the customer will only pay the price of goods ordered at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any ommisions, inaccuracies, commissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and or stated prices.

For orders placed which contains products currently unavailable or not in stock, a full refund of the product will be processed and credited back to the customer. Such refund and amount refunded will be by the same and refunded by the method with which you made the original payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the transaction to be completed. We are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the processing of a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their order(s) within two hours after your online purchase. We are unable to cancel an order after this period.

AMMENDING ORDERS
When ordering you cannot make amendments/changes to your order after we have sent the dispatch confirmation. If the customer wish to make amendments, you will need to email us immediately to; [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Canaan Life Farms is a private & independent farm; therefore, all our products are subject to availability only. Order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation. We stop accepting orders once our available livestock limit has been reached. Our products are well sought after, so advance booking is seriously advised, preferably months/weeks in advance.

Canaan Life Farms supply both perishable and non-perishable goods, so it is important that you follow the given instructions and labels on the goods as to their storage and shelf-life.

DELIVERY

Information about our delivery days and charges can be found on our website. We reserve the right to amend and change these at any time prior to your order being received or dispatched to you the client. We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands. You may place an order for products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to a UK mainland address.

LIABILITY NOTICE
Canaan Life Farms shall not be liable for any delays or failure of delivery of the goods that is caused by circumstances that is beyond our control or your failure to provide us with satisfactory delivery instructions, delivery address or any cogent/relevant instructions that are pertinent to the supply of goods to you. Immediately upon completion of delivery, the risk of the goods shall pass on to the customer.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
There is a requirement to sign for the goods on delivery. If there is no one at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted the delivery courier will: Carry out any special instructions which you requested prior to us sending you the dispatch Confirmation (e.g. leave the Goods in a porch, garage or with a neighbour) in the absence of you requesting any special delivery instructions prior to us sending you the Dispatch Confirmation.

The delivery contractor will either leave your parcel in a safe place and shall leave a card at the Delivery Address stating that it has attempted delivery and it has either left it in a safe place or that it has passed the Goods to a Post Office or other collection facility for you to collect/re-arrange delivery.

If you give us specific delivery instructions in your Order (or prior to us sending you the Dispatch Confirmation) to leave the Goods at a neighbouring address or other place you nominate without obtaining a signature. Or the courier company leaves the Goods in a safe place at their discretion, the Goods are delivered entirely at your own risk and we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage suffered.

If you have not given us specific delivery instructions in your Order (or prior to us sending you the Dispatch Confirmation) and your Goods are passed to the Post Office or other collection facility, it is your responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery. The Goods will be entirely at your own risk and we will not accept responsibility for any loss, spoils or damages suffered.

FAILURE TO COLLECT
If you fail to collect the goods from the Post Office or other collection facility and they are returned to us by the delivery contractor, we reserve the right to dispose of the Goods without any liability or notice to you. We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
Collection by Customer: Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to have taken place when the Goods are ready for collection by you at our office premises in Edinburgh at the agreed mutually convenient appointment time notified to you by phone and/or email.

Our Markets: In the event of a delivery not being delivered within the quoted time, through direct customer contact with a third party courier, the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred to either the customer or a third party.

We hope that you enjoy our products. But if for any reason you are unhappy, please let us know why as soon as possible, by sending us the batch number/order tracking number and the reason why you are disappointed with the product. Your statutory rights an unaffected.

Where appropriate/applicable we will consider either giving you a refund or send you a voucher or find another amicable solution. We will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible and try to resolve it.
